Mature Zone

V… for Life begins at 50! The Mature Zone is the go-to place for all aspects of veganism in later life. Located on Level 1 of Olympia Central.

With pay-as-you-feel vegan refreshments and drinks on top of seating.

Proudly curated and hosted by

Feeling the effects of overcrowding? Why not sit back and enjoy a cuppa in our Mature Zone? Nab a free copy of VfL's magazine, enjoy an attractive array of vegan bakes, and listen in to presentations on topics such as vegan travel, eating out – and even how inclusive the movement is to older vegans. Through popular demand, we have expanded the number of veggie socials, which are the perfect opportunity to meet like-minded souls.

Refreshments here are offered on a 'pay as you feel' basis, and any profits will be used to support the charity's work.

There'll also be plenty of free information to hand about:

VfL's vegan and vegetarian grants
Vegan dinners to your door
Care homes that care
Volunteering opportunities: How to be a friend to your elders.

Talks and workshops will run from 11am on Saturday and Sunday.
