Demonstration: Sweet kombu and ginger tea, and seaweed & greens pesto

In his first demo, chef Ollie will demonstrate sweet kombu and ginger tea – a revitalising infusion with healthful minerals, and seaweed & greens pesto. The pesto is delicious with spiralised veg spaghetti or on crackers with vegan cheese and fruit.
