Nathan is a climate and animal justice activist who has volunteered for Animal Rebellion for a year. In summer 2021, Nathan joined other Animal Rebellion volunteers Vaania Kapoor and Ben Newman, alongside co-founder Dan Kidby to help launch the Plant-Based Universities campaign!

He coordinated the campaign at his university, King’s College London, during the 2021/22 academic year alongside working with Vaania, Ben, and Dan on the national team.

Besides this Nathan has spent time working with Just Stop Oil during April, appearing on national television and representing the environmental movement in the mainstream media!

Nathan’s journey into veganism was a “road-to-Damascus” experience in 2020, and he hasn’t looked back since!

The Plant-Based Universities campaign is demanding that institutions begin the urgent and immediate transition to 100% just and sustainable plant-based catering, in line with recommendations from Oxford and Harvard Universities, alongside a landmark IPCC report on climate change and land use.
