Nutritionist (MSc, ANutr)

Dr Leila Dehghan is a doctor turned nutritionist and personal trainer. She received her medical degree from the University of Vienna and completed her internship in the UK. Her debilitating migraines compelled her to quit her medical career. After healing her migraines through adopting a whole food plant-based diet, she shifted her professional interests to focus on the power of nutrition. Leila pursued a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate at eCornell, part of Cornell University, and obtained a Master’s of Science degree in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition from the University College of London. As an amateur martial artist she takes a keen interest in sports nutrition and has developed the first ever Plant-Based Sports Nutrition Course.
