Lee is a vegan chef, blogger at beachhousekitchen.com and author of the ‘Peace & Parsnips’ vegan cookbook. He loves combining his passion for travel and food which has influenced the dish he’ll be cooking today at Vegfest London. Lee is currently working freelance; hosting vegan cooking retreats and holidays in the UK and Spain, as well as cooking workshops and demonstrations up and down the land. His focus is always on creative, healthy and nutritious whole foods.
