Karen Lee is an author, blogger and owner of The Sensitive Foodie Kitchen. A retired intensive care nurse with a BsC in Acute Clinical Care, she is also a naturopathic nutritionist who is passionate about eating a whole-food plant-based diet. She uses food to manage her own health problems and is on a mission to empower others to do the same. As The Sensitive Foodie, she runs courses and workshops and is developing an on-line community.
