Jessamy Korotoga

Head of Campaigns of Animal Aid

Jessamy has been Head of Campaigns at Animal Aid for 18 months. Animal Aid is one of the UK’s largest animal rights groups. It is also one of the longest established in the world, having been founded in 1977.

Prior to being made Head of Campaigns, Jessamy managed Animal Aid’s animal experiments campaign for five and a half years. During this time the campaigns focussed on the use of animals in charity-funded experiments, warfare experiments and also highlighted the plight of mice, often over-looked, but the species used in millions of experiments each year.

Prior to working at Animal Aid, Jessamy was the Research Director at the National Anti-Vivisection Society, where she worked for 8 years.
