Caroline has over 15 years’ experience in journalism and PR, and worked in senior positions at award-winning agencies before founding Eden Green PR. She began her career as a newspaper reporter, before switching to use her knowledge of the media to help brands and influencers communicate newsworthy stories to the press.

She has worked with food brands including Squeaky Bean, Vadasz, Vivera, Vegetarian Express, Mummy Meagz and CLIF Bar, as well as Plant-Based Health Professionals UK and campaigns including Veganuary, Million Dollar Vegan, World Plant Milk Day and No Meat May.

She knows what the media looks for in a story, and as a result has secured high profile coverage for clients with broadcast programmes including Sky News, ITV Good Morning Britain, BBC’s The One Show, BBC Radio, BBC and ITV news, and national newspapers including The Guardian, Daily Mail, The Daily Telegraph, The Times and Metro.
