Submit your paperwork (deadline end of September)

Book your unloading and loading slots for your vehicle via Voyage Control before arrival (available in September)

Register for CDM safety information

Book loading/unloading slots using the Voyage Control form online.

Book parking at the venue. This must be done in advance of the event, while there is space available.

Bring your entry passes to the event (passes are emailed out to you in the 2 weeks before the show)

Book sufficient electricity and return your nameboard form to with Moyne (available from 1st September)

Book storage for pallets (if necessary), fill in the booking form here or email [email protected] to add pallets of storage to your current booking.

Book internet with eForce (if necessary – deadline end of October)

Book refrigeration with Display Refrigeration (if necessary – deadline end of October)

Ensure that all deliveries arrive labelled with the event name, your stall name and stall number

Ensure that all exhibits are removed by 10pm on the Sunday at the latest

Use biodegradable options for sampling utensils wherever possible

Pre-promote your presence at the show!
