As the founder of Explore RawTM Stephanie creates recipes, runs workshops and classes at her Cookery School in London and hosts life changing raw food events and retreats in Portugal. Her chef-standard ProSpiralizer was recently launched - helping home cooks make professional noodles from fruit and vegetables.
