Adrian Smith is the Head Chef and co-founder of Vegan Peasant Catering. We specialise in 100% plant based canape and bowl food service, one of the few companies bringing exclusively fine vegan food to the world of events catering. Adrian's career spans 25 years in the hospitality industry and he brings this experience and enthusiasm to create inspired menus. With a passion for fresh and vibrant flavours, Adrian adopts influences from South India to the Mediterranean. When not in the kitchen, Adrian can usually be found on his bicycle. He has travelled and cycle toured through India and Western Asia enjoying and experiencing many food cultures.
