Estimated 120,000 visitors in the run up to the show. Sponsors pages would expect to receive between 2,000 - 3,000 visits. Pages include unlimited text and images as well as links and logos. Website will stay live for a minimum of 3 years, probably longer, and will continue to attract visitors long after the show itself.
This website, dedicated to all vegan events in the UK, is the hub of all what's on for those interested in healthy living and plant-based lifestyles. "Sponsors" page includes text, images, links and logos. Website will stay live for the foreseeable future, drawing visitors from all over the country looking for info on upcoming vegan events.
The Vegfest Express - global vegan news network
This new website features all the latest vegan news around the globe, updated 24/7. Content includes: recipes, news on animal rights, environment, vegan products, plus videos, podcasts, and our own blog. Sponsors receive web adverts on this exciting website for both vegan professionals and the public.
25,000 copies of our 80-page B5 colour programme will be distributed free of charge before and during the show (5,000 printed, 20,000 online). Also available online to download for two months before the show.
Sent out to our 10,000 + subscribers once a month, built up over the years from our shows and awards. Inserts include 80 words, logo and link. Main sponsors inserts include 200 words text, product shots , logo and link.
Our Facebook and Twitter accounts are both very active, with around 13,000 ‘likes’ and 9,000 ‘followers’ respectively. These numbers are set to rise sharply following the employment of some social media professionals to enhance our presence in these areas. Sponsors are welcome to forward regular updates and images for inclusion in our social networking.
We are printing in excess of 60,000 flyers, 2,000 posters, and over 60 adverts placed locally and nationally in the run up to the show. Sponsors will see their logo printed and replicated in front of literally millions of consumers when utilising our branding opportunities.
Based on the figures from our previous show, we are confident that our 2015 show will attract over 12,000 visitors over the weekend.
