Pete Ryan is a clinical nutritionist, massage therapist & personal trainer. He has been a vegan for nearly 30 years & has been involved in the fitness industry for over a decade. He has been a writer for Health & fitness magazine, Vegan Health & Fitness, Vegan Society magazine, Off the Hoof & many others.
He also runs the website www.veganbodybuilding.org which is devoted to helping people achieve their health & fitness goals. Pete also enjoys participating in Powerlifting & has recently begun exploring Olympic Weightlifting.
