Yoga and a plant-based diet: they're like Harry and Sally, or Batman and Robin, or Wallace and Gromit. Together, they're greater than the sum of their parts. And that's why I go on about them both so much: it's all about feeding your body with nutrient-dense food, and strengthening it through stretching, breathing, lifting and opening.

The way I see it, there's no point in having a strong body on the outside if you're feeding it crap - you just won't feel as good as you should.

If you come to my classes, workshops or retreats - or if you watch any of my DVDs - you'll see just how much I push the message that you need to get BOTH right if you want to feel unbelievable.

Julie Montagu is a Certified Holistic Health Coach having studied at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. She also holds a Bachelors of Science and a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University.
