Christine Bailey is a renowned degree qualified Nutritionist, Speaker, Chef, Food and Health Consultant and Author with over 18 years of experience. Famed for her Juice Diet Book and Raw Food Diet Book and Christine is a well known advocate of superfoods and raw food. She runs a range of raw food cookery days throughout the country and appears at many national shows and events.

Christine is a member of BANT (The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy), CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council) and is a Graduate member of the Institute of Functional Medicine (AFMCP). She is also a health and nutritional expert on the TALK HEALTH forums in partnership with the NHS

She is an expert on many nutrition and health matters including children's health, allergies, digestive health and digestive disorders, chronic autoimmune conditions, cancer, women's health, sports nutrition and corporate health.

Christine is a member of the Guild of Health Writers and writes regularly for national magazines and newspapers including Get Fresh Magazine, Cook Vegetarian, Natural Health & Beauty, Health & Fitness, Men's Health, Health & Fitness, BBC Good Food, Cook Vegetarian, Women's fitness, Men's fitness, BodyFit and Natural Lifestyle as well as websites on food, health, family and women's health

She is the author of numerous health and recipe books including The Top 100 Low Salt Recipes (Duncan Baird Publishers 2009), The Intelligent Way to Lose Weight, The Vitamix Cook Book (Duncan Baird Publishers 2009) and The Top 100 Recipes for Brainy Kids (Duncan Baird Publishers September 2009), The Juice Diet Book (2010), The Raw Food Diet (Duncan Baird 2012) and The Top 100 Finger Foods (Duncan Baird 2012) and her latest Books The Functional Nutrition Cookbook (2012) and Nourish: Cancer Care Cookbook (2013). She also has a range of eBooks on gluten free recipes and paleo, grain free recipes

She regularly sees clients at her nutrition clinic in Reading and London as well as in workplace for Corporates and Health clubs. She is a lecturer and module leader at the Centre of Nutrition and runs cookery days for practitioners and the public. She is also involved in corporate health work advising companies on strategies to improve employee health and presenting at seminars and conferences. Christine runs a range of cookery days on health conditions and healthy eating as well as special diets and runs supermarket store tours to encourage healthy eating
