Life Coach Caroline Carr will be appearing at VegFestUK London on Sunday 6th October at 1pm in Workshops 1
Caroline Carr is the founder of LET THE SUNSHINE IN! She is a life coach and teacher of Laughter Yoga, and also a hypnotherapist and the author of several self-help books.
Caroline helps people to reconnect with their bright side, even when their partner is depressed. She has been billed as “The UK’s Leading Expert for Partners Living with Depression”, and is an authority on developing inner strength when faced with depression and anxiety. She is an expert on building self-confidence and self-esteem. Caroline has been interviewed on ITV's 'This Morning' programme, and BBC Radio 4's 'Woman's Hour', along with numerous other BBC Local radio shows, and has contributed to a range of publications and magazines, including The Independent, The Daily Mail, Sunday Express, Good Housekeeping, SHE, Best, Prima, Women’s Weekly, and various health publications.
Recently Caroline discovered Laughter Yoga. Thinking that this meant doing yoga postures whilst laughing, she was somewhat relieved when she realised that this was not the case – it’s simply laughter exercises combined with yoga breathing. She loved the idea of it so much that she became a Laughter Yoga teacher. She now trains Laughter Yoga leaders, facilitates workshops and works one-to-one with clients, helping them develop their sense of fun and freedom, and find their inner sunshine and sparkle. She says: “The physical, mental and emotional benefits of Laughter Yoga are tremendous, and it’s great for me because ultimately - I just want to have fun!”
